Before Lisa and Joe's Boston wedding I could anticipate that every time I called out Joe's name that four grown men with boutonnieres would turn their heads. So I thought I'd make it easy for Lisa to help me tell the Joe's apart by making this sign for her to hold. By the way, all of the Joe's were way above average.

For desserts, they made almond fondant cakes placed on tree trunk cake stands. They also created pistachio cinnamon meringue and tuiles filled with spiced-apple custard.
